3. Estimates and Payments All estimates provided by Hoor Almadar are free of charge. Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials needed for the execution of services. Hoor Almadar is not liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property All creative materials produced by Hoor Almadar remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client obtains the rights to use the materials as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability Hoor Almadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of United Arab Emirates

10. Changes to Terms Hoor Almadar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
